Our Process…
Once Prestige receives and understands all the details of your job order we get to work! Our screening process is in-depth and extensive. We thoroughly screen our candidates so we can determine their skill sets and seek out the best match for our client companies and our candidates. Our goal is to locate the most talented individuals in the marketplace and put them to work for you!
Identifying the right employee for a specific position is a complex process and there are many different pieces to the employment puzzle. We realize the job description is only the first piece. We pride ourselves in taking the time to know all aspects of our client’s needs and build relationships to understand their products, workplace environment, corporate vision, personality preferences and work ethic. Prestige does a careful analysis of goals, expectations, and needs of both the client and the employee. Our extensive interview process thoroughly outlines the qualifications, experiences, and objectives of its candidates. This process is taken very seriously at and handled with high standards of ethics and values and most importantly commitment to finding an ideal employment match.
Introduction
Once a Prestige Personnel candidate has been submitted and you’re interested in setting up an interview, we will align your schedules, set-up the interview and confirm it. We will fully prepare our candidates with the necessary information prior to the interview. Should your organization have a certain protocol for the interview process, we will be happy to inform and prepare the candidates. It is important for us to work at your pace and at your standards when introducing our candidates to your organization.
Fee
Our full time placement fee is reasonable and competitive. Prestige Personnel’s fee is based on a percentage of the first year’s annual salary for each candidate upon commencement of employment. Should the employment be terminated for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, within 30 calendar days of commencement of employment, Prestige will provide a replacement employee for the same position at no additional fee.
